Envoy Academy

Training that turns the model into competence.

Certification is evidence-based.

A manager should be able to see where a representative is competent and where coaching is needed.

  • Prospect targeting and preparation
  • Discovery quality and accurate notes
  • Technical accuracy and honest uncertainty
  • Presentation and commercial accuracy
  • Objection handling without pressure
  • CRM discipline and handoff completeness
  • Consent and compliance behavior
  • Conversion and customer outcomes

Automation does not skip maturity.

A process moves through observed, documented, validated, standardized, trained, certified, measured, assisted, automated and improved states.

An agent that can complete a task is not evidence that the process is safe, standardized or production-ready.

Learn the system, then prove it.

The Academy exists to make the operating model transferable without losing quality or accountability.

Programs, schedules, fees and certification requirements are confirmed separately. Completion of a course does not create authorization to represent a provider or perform regulated work.
