Envoy Fiber

Producer network

A producer network with real systems behind it.

Envoy representatives get an authorization profile, a producer console, training, approved offers and transparent compensation—with clear limits on what they can promise.

The network is designed for independent professionals and teams, not for an undisclosed call center.

Roles in the network.

Different roles carry different authority, training and measures.

Roles are proposed classifications. Actual authority, classification and compensation are defined in the applicable agreement and authorization profile.

The producer console.

A mobile-first workspace organized around the work a representative actually does.

  • Today

Appointments, calls, follow-ups and tasks for the day.

  • Pipeline

Leads, proposals, orders and activation status.

  • Territory

Accounts, prospects and routing within the authorized area.

  • Catalog

Offers approved for this representative and territory.

  • Training

    Lessons, simulations and certification status.

  • Earnings

Pending, earned, approved, paid and adjusted compensation.

    Conversation feedback and improvement priorities.

  • Support

Authorization is specific.

A representative is not authorized for everything Envoy does because they have a login.

  • A signed agreement and active role
  • Approved sales territories
  • Eligible providers and product types
  • Permitted actions: refer, quote, negotiate, submit or manage
  • Training and certification status
  • Applicable compensation-plan version
  • CRM and customer-data scope
  • Contact and messaging permissions
  • Approval limits and escalation route

Compensation states.

Pending compensation is not paid compensation. Each state is a separate record.

StateMeaning
PendingA potential entitlement exists but qualifying evidence is not complete.
EligibleThe terms and qualifying event appear satisfied; review is pending.
EarnedThe entitlement is established under the applicable terms.
ApprovedAn authorized reviewer has approved payment.
PaidA payment transaction has been recorded.
On holdPayment is paused pending a question or missing evidence.
DisputedThe amount or eligibility is under review.
ReversedA prior entitlement was reversed.
Clawed backA previously paid amount is being recovered under the terms.
Not eligibleThe event does not qualify under the applicable terms.

Every entitlement links to the opportunity, seller, agency, product, terms, qualifying event, calculation, approval and payment record.

No unverified promises.

A representative may not promise provider availability, a price, an installation date or a commission that has not been authorized.

Identity, consent and the applicable provider relationship are disclosed before customer information is requested.

Sell with systems, not scripts alone.

Apply to the network, complete the training path and work within an explicit authorization profile.

Representative roles, compensation and authority are proposed or illustrative until defined in a written agreement. Nothing on this page creates an employment, agency or commission entitlement.
