Envoy Fiber

Field OS

Connect the field to the full activation journey.

Field OS describes the intended orchestration of territory assignment, route planning, representative identity, permitted interactions and factual dispositions within the wider field-and-digital market model.

The problem

Door activity without address history or outcome feedback can repeat unwanted contact and lose context between a visit, a request and installation.

The operating model

  1. Territory → Candidate Addresses → Suppression

Confirm assignments and representative qualifications. Apply contact restrictions before prioritizing candidate addresses.

  2. Priority → Route → Visit

Plan visits within the approved footprint, preserve address history and identify the representative and applicable provider relationship.

  3. Disposition → Request / Order

Record what happened, relevant consent and source evidence. Hand eligible requests to the authorized provider workflow without inventing customer intent.

  4. Installation → Activation → Feedback

Return provider-confirmed outcomes and unresolved exceptions to the market review. Keep field activity distinct from fulfillment.

Evidence and provenance

Territory authorization, representative identity, current provider permissions, suppression records, consent, interaction evidence and provider outcome records support the intended workflow.

Limits and boundaries

No internal representative performance or customer records are published. Verify a Rep is under review: its displayed result must not be treated as proof of identity or current provider authorization. Current operational scope needs separate confirmation.

Start with the workflow and its evidence.

Confirm current scope, provider responsibilities and implementation status with Envoy. Do not send private customer or financial records in an initial inquiry.
