Document standards.
A document without an owner and a version is not a control.
| Attribute | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Owner | A named accountable role, not a team alias alone. |
| Status | Draft, proposed, approved or retired. |
| Version | A version identifier and change history. |
| Effective date | When the version applies. |
| Audience | Who must follow it and who may reference it. |
| Approval | Who approved it and on what basis. |
| Systems | Where the process is implemented or recorded. |
Public pages summarize the model. Internal documents may include customer records and are not published.
Draft is not approved.
A proposed process, policy or document does not become an approved control because it is published or linked.
Where a public page describes a future capability, the page says so.
Ask for the right document.
If you need a specific policy, contract or technical document, contact Envoy and identify the audience and purpose.
Internal SOPs, customer records, contracts and security documentation are not public. Access is granted through the applicable agreement and role.
