Coverage and availability
What is actually available at your address?
Enter a service address to begin a connectivity review. Envoy verifies what can be verified, labels what cannot, and hands the request to a person when the answer needs provider confirmation.
Availability is not a guess. It is a record with a source and a date.
Check reported coverage evidence.
This check returns the state, source and age of what Envoy currently knows — never a fabricated confirmation. It is the evidence path; the expert review remains available for a human follow-up.
Check reported coverage evidence
This checks the service address against provider-reported evidence held by Envoy. It is not address verification, a service commitment or a quote. Provider confirmation is still required.
No result yet. A check returns the evidence state, its age and the next action — not a promise of service.
How we describe serviceability.
Every result carries a state so no one mistakes a prediction for a confirmed service.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Verified | An authorized provider has confirmed eligibility for the specific address and service. |
| Reported | A provider or data source reports coverage, but the specific address has not been confirmed. |
| Likely / derived | Coverage data suggests availability. This is an indication, not a commitment. |
| Pending | A check has been requested and no authoritative result is available yet. |
| Unavailable | No eligible service was identified from the sources checked. |
| Restricted | Service may exist but access, authorization or site conditions prevent confirmation or installation. |
A state can change as new provider information arrives. The date and source of each result matter.
What affects availability.
Network footprint
Whether the provider has built or contracted service at the location.
Address type
Single-family, multi-dwelling unit, commercial suite or unregistered location.
Building access
Landlord permission, riser access, rooftop access and inside wiring.
Construction
Whether a build, extension, trench or cross-connect is required.
Equipment
What the provider supplies, what the customer owns and what must be installed.
Provider authorization
Whether Envoy is authorized to place or coordinate the service.
Installation capacity
Technician availability, permits and scheduling constraints.
Local rules
Building, municipal or property requirements that affect the work.
What happens after you submit an address.
Confirm the location
Verify the address, unit and service type so the check is against the right place.
Check available records
Review provider and coverage records and label their confidence.
Identify eligible providers
Determine which authorized providers and technologies could serve the site.
Confirm where authorized
Request provider confirmation where that path is available and permitted.
Return the findings
Explain what is verified, what is reported, what is pending and what is unavailable.
Set the next action
Compare options, request a quote, schedule a survey or document the gap.
If nothing is available yet.
A negative result is still useful. Envoy documents what was checked and when, so the answer can be revisited as networks expand.
We do not promise future availability, construction dates or provider commitments that have not been made.
Start with the location.
Address-level information is the beginning of every credible connectivity answer.
Submitting an address does not order service and does not guarantee availability. Envoy does not sell address information.
