The Envoy Standard

One standard for every interaction.

The Envoy Standard is our operating commitment for how people are approached, how information is handled, and how concerns are resolved.

These principles describe expected conduct, not an audit certification or proof that every control is implemented. Confirm current controls and responsibilities with Envoy for each engagement.

How the standard applies.

  • Identity & disclosure

Representatives should identify themselves, their role, and any provider relationship before asking for information. Identity and authorization should be confirmed for the specific campaign.

  • Consent & preferences

Ask permission before collecting information. Respect withdrawn consent, do-not-knock requests, and communications preferences. These are requirements, not a claim that automated suppression controls have been verified.

  • Conduct & professionalism

No pressure tactics, no disparagement of other providers, and no commitments that cannot be verified with the applicable provider. Agree supervision and review responsibilities before work begins.

  • Data handling

Collect only information needed for the agreed workflow. Define access, retention, and handling responsibilities before sharing customer records. Do not send sensitive customer data in an initial inquiry.

  • Escalation & rights

Customers can contact Envoy directly about a concern without first contacting a representative. Provide a clear escalation path and respect applicable privacy and communications rights.

From principles to practice.
