Envoy Fiber

Markets

Where distribution meets the network.

Envoy organizes its work by market: a footprint, its addresses, the provider-authorized offer, and the channels that turn availability into activations.

This page explains what a market is in the Envoy operating model and how one is launched. It does not list current markets or confirm availability anywhere.

What defines an Envoy market.

  • Footprint & expansion signals

Where network availability exists or is arriving, based on provider-reported data — never presented as verified serviceability.

  • Address-level serviceability

The planned model distinguishes Reported, Likely, Provider-verified, Activation-pending, Hold, and Not-serviceable. Reported or inferred signals are not provider confirmation. A provider-verified claim needs provider evidence; this page does not assign states to addresses.

  • Competitive & construction context

What else is available at the location, and what is being built nearby, so distribution effort goes where it can matter.

  • Operating performance

Field, digital, and partner activity in the market, measured toward orders, installations, and provider-confirmed activations.

Market engagement models.

New market entry

A provider is launching into a footprint where Envoy builds the address intelligence, distribution channels, and installation coordination from the ground up.

Penetration lift

A provider already serves a footprint but wants higher activation against the homes and businesses already passed — using the same address-first model across channels.

Always-on territory

A standing Envoy operation inside an approved footprint: field, digital, and partner channels working one market plan under one standard.

Have a footprint to activate?

Markets begin with a provider or channel conversation — footprint, offer, and reporting scope agreed before launch. Individual market pages are published only with provider-verified evidence.
